Internet & Software Transaction Lists

I have been tracking M&A and IPO transactions in the Internet and Software spaces since the beginning of 2004.  In June of 2007 I "open sourced" my lists by turning them into Google Spreadsheets and inviting others to contribute to them in return for right to use them on their own sites.

Given that these lists are a collaborative effort by people voluntarily contributing their free time, there's a chance they may not be complete and may contain some errors.  If you spot something missing or something wrong, please drop me an e-mail.  If you would like to become part of the team and contribute to these these lists, please send me an e-mail.

Internet IPOs
This is a list of all Internet related IPOs in the US as well as a number of non-US IPOs.  The list includes date, issuer and price.

Internet M&A
This is a list of all sell-side public company M&A transactions in the internet space since the beginning of 2004.  This version of the list only includes the seller name, ticker and the buyer.  There are more detailed statistics in the full spreadsheet, including multiples, for some but not all of the deals.

Software IPOs
This is a list of all Software related IPOs in the US as well as a number of non-US IPOs.  The list includes date, issuer and price.
